I sit here and wonder if any of the trees are weak enough to give in and topple over.  Hopefully, not today.  I wanted to go riding today, however with the wind, I doubt it will be very fun. Pour into a greased 9 by 13-inch casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven and top with Cheddar. Return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Cook until sausage is done and onion is softened.  Add 2 cans of diced tomatoes and 32oz of fat-free chicken broth.  Bring to a boil.  Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.  Add 2 cans of cannellini beans, rinsed and drained.  Heat through.
